Meet the Founder
Jocelyn is the founder of Moon Affair and a medical herbalist in training.
With a background in lifestyle and consumer product design, she has built companies across wellness, beauty, and travel.
Raised between Asia and the US, she was shaped by both Eastern and Western approaches to health, beauty, and ritual - an influence that continues to inform her work today.
After navigating PMS, hormonal shifts, and conditions such as endometriosis and fibroids, she began studying both Western herbal medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine with a focus on women’s health, the menstrual cycle, and the body’s natural rhythms. She has continued that study for over two years.
Moon Affair was created from that intersection by integrating Eastern and Western herbal traditions into phase-specific formulations aligned with the cycle.
