Terms of Services

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Moon Affair website and to any products or subscriptions purchased from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Moon Affair

This website is operated by:

Moon Affair Ltd
Registered in England and Wales
Company number: 13287383

Registered office:

71–75 Shelton Street
Covent Garden
London
WC2H 9JQ
United Kingdom

In these Terms, “Moon Affair”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Moon Affair Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are legally capable of entering into a contract

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

  • You are purchasing products for personal use and not for unauthorised resale

3. Health and Supplement Disclaimer

Moon Affair products are food supplements designed to support general wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Information provided on our website, packaging, emails, social media, journal or other communications is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Always read and follow the product label and usage instructions.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking our products if you:

  • Are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Take prescription or non-prescription medication

  • Have a diagnosed medical condition

  • Are due to undergo surgery

  • Have allergies or sensitivities

  • Are receiving medical treatment or supervision

  • Have concerns about whether a product is suitable for you

Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse or unexpected reaction.

Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee that a product will produce a particular outcome or result.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep products out of the reach of children.

4. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, instructions, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

However:

  • Packaging and product appearance may vary slightly from website images

  • Colours may display differently depending on your device

  • We may update packaging, ingredients or product information where reasonably necessary

  • Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur

You should always read the current product label before use, particularly if you have an allergy, intolerance or sensitivity.

If a website description conflicts with the physical product label, contact us before using the product.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, withdraw products or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is an obvious pricing or description error

  • We suspect fraud or unauthorised resale

  • We cannot authorise or verify payment

  • We cannot deliver to the address provided

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms.

You will normally receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledges your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract between you and Moon Affair is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

Please check your order details carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have made a mistake. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered fulfilment.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable amount.

We do not directly store complete payment-card information.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund. We are not required to supply a product at a price that was clearly displayed in error.

8. Subscriptions

Where a subscription option is offered, your subscription will renew automatically at the frequency and price displayed when you subscribe, unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order.

Subscription payments

Subscription payments will be taken on or around the renewal date shown when you subscribe or in your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment and delivery information remains current.

If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may attempt to process it again. We may pause or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be collected.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription through the subscription-management option made available to you or by emailing hello@mymoonaffair.com.

Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal payment is processed. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or entered fulfilment.

Any right to cancel or return an individual subscription order remains subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.

Subscription changes

Where available, you may be able to pause a subscription, change its frequency or update your delivery information. Changes must be submitted before the relevant renewal is processed.

Subscription prices

We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price applies to a future renewal. You may cancel your subscription before that renewal if you do not accept the new price.

We may amend, suspend or discontinue a subscription programme, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

9. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Are subject to their stated conditions and expiry dates

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated

  • May be restricted to selected products, customers or order values

  • May be withdrawn where they are used fraudulently or contrary to their stated terms

We may cancel or correct a promotion where an obvious error has occurred.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes apply only to the initial subscription order and not to future renewals.

10. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and resolve material delivery problems.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We may charge reasonable additional delivery costs where an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Responsibility for the product passes to you when it is delivered to you or to a person or location identified by you.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect.

11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our separate Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once a product’s protective seal has been broken or opened where the product is no longer suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons.

If an eligible product remains unopened and sealed, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving it that you wish to cancel. You will then have a further 14 days to return it.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or supplied incorrectly will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns and Refunds Policy limits your statutory rights.

12. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful personal purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security

  • Scrape, copy or extract website content for commercial use

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Use our content or products for unauthorised resale

  • Infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of another person

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Moon Affair website—including our name, branding, logos, text, photographs, graphics, product names, formulations, packaging designs, videos and website design—is owned by or licensed to Moon Affair Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

14. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

  • It is truthful and based on your genuine experience

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights

  • It is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading or offensive

  • It does not contain unauthorised advertising or promotional content

You retain ownership of your content but grant Moon Affair a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our website, products and marketing.

We will request any additional permission required before using your image or health-related testimonial in a way that identifies you.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment, delivery, email and social-media providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

16. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always operate without interruptions, delays or errors.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or business reasons.

17. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable

  • Business losses suffered by someone purchasing primarily for business purposes

  • Losses caused by incorrect use of a product or failure to follow its instructions

  • Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by you

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded

  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes any legal rights or remedies available to you as a consumer.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as transport disruption, severe weather, strikes, supplier interruption, government action, network failure or other unforeseen events.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effects of such events and fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an order that has already been accepted, unless required by law.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

22. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of the part of the UK in which you live.

You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
